At Tontine, we want you to love your home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, pillows, quilts, and mattress protectors cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original, unopened packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Take your package to any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup through our designated carrier service.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
